2) Trust Fund

Monies deposited with Barclays Bank in a trust fund separate to the company.

The funeral director has access to the fee for your funeral upon satisfactory completion. The family do not have to concern themselves with payment at this time of great emotional stress. Once the life care plan is paid that's it, no more payments just saving against rising costs.

3) Dual Certification

This special feature allows members who live in 2 locations a service in either location.

We will provide you with a certificate of cover pertinent to the country in which you reside. An excellent feature for expatriates living abroad, in fact most countries worldwide.

4) Control

All funeral arrangements are put into place according to your requirements.

This helps takes the headache out of the heartache for family and loved ones. There is just one phone call to your 24-hour bereavement line number and the funeral director is under a legally binding contract responsible for having upto 50 arrangements in place according to your plan.

5) Flexible Payment Methods

The Funeral Savings account allows members to make payments to suit their pocket, either full payment or deferred.

Some people have cash sums set aside for emergencies and funeral expenses. If you choose to pay your plan in full all that is required is to transfer the sum to the Avalon Funeral Trust. Many people prefer easy instalment methods of paying. We have flexible terms available. You decide how much you prefer to pay as a deposit and consider which method is best for you. This will prevent any further rise in funeral costs for as long as you live.

6) Health Requirements

Avalon will accept all new members irrespective of Age or Health.

Unlike insurance we do not require a declaration of your health. There are no age limits, everyone is accepted.

7) Planning

Avalon's plans are for people who do not want to leave another bill to their family or loved ones, on top of their own commitments.
